RETURNS

We hope you love your 23° Coordinates socks. If you change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Please take care when trying on your socks.

Returned items should be in their original condition, with no signs of wear or washing, and returned with their original paper sleeve and any  tags or labels.

As our socks are white, please make sure they are tried on indoors and on a clean surface. Please avoid contact with shoes, floors, make-up, fake tan or anything else that may leave marks or stains.

We may not be able to provide a full refund if the socks are returned worn, washed, stained, marked, damaged or otherwise handled in a way that reduces their value.

We'll then send you return instructions and the return address.

Please don't return any items without contacting us first.

RETURN POSTAGE

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage when returning an item.

If your item is faulty, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us and we'll arrange the appropriate resolution. 

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your socks arrive damaged, faulty or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@23coordinates.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help.
